Mimi's Bed and Breakfast offers turn-of-the-century renovated farmhouses and a late 1800's barn for an escape into the countryside. Located in historical Fayette County just outside Schulenburg in the High Hill area, we have three B&B locations and one barn to be rented for entertaining up to 100 people. Two of the bed and breakfast locations and the barn are located on 50-100 acre working ranches. All of the bed and breakfast locations offer different on site enjoyment and activities but if you so desire there are many other activities in the county. Some of these activities include the painted church tour, historical jail and courthouse, bird watching, fishing, viewing wildlife in their natural habitat, antiquing, and shopping at unique boutiques.
